Ingredients
- 6 c. cooked cold rice
- 1/4 lb. bacon, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1In a large skillet or wok, fry bacon until crisp.

2Add onion and cook until onion starts to soften.

3Push onion and bacon aside and scramble eggs in the center.

4Mix bacon, onion and eggs together, then push to side.

5In center of skillet, mix ginger, celery seed, garlic and soy sauce.

6Stir in bacon mixture.

7Add rice.

8Stir until thoroughly mixed and all rice is coated.

9More soy sauce can be added if necessary.

10Cook until rice is thoroughly heated.
