- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 c. cooked pork
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 2 c. water
- salt
- dash of paprika
Directions

1Combine oil, onion, rice and other ingredients to skillet and cook until rice is golden.
