- 1 lb. leg of pork (separate fat from rest)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 bay leaf, crushed
- 1 medium onion
- 1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce
- dash of m.s.g.
- 1 pkg. frozen peas
- 2 tsp. pimento, chopped
Directions

1Saute pork fat and garlic until brown.

2Eliminate any excess oil.

3Add lean pork and continue cooking until pork is done.

4Mix together salt, bay leaf, pepper, onion, m.s.g. and tomato sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.

5Add peas and simmer for 5 minutes.

6Add pimento.
