Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 lb. boneless pork, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. red or green peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 pkg. medium egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. saltine crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. oleo, melted

    In a skillet, heat oil.

    Cook pork, celery, peppers and onion until meat is browned and vegetables are tender.

    In large bowl, combine pork mixture and next 7 ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Pour in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    Combine crumbs and oleo and sprinkle on top. Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes.
