- 1 lb. lean pork
- 1/2 lb. pork liver
- 2 garlic cloves
- ground pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- food coloring (achuete)
- 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cut pork into small thin slices, separating the fat from the meat.

2Cut liver in a separate container.

3Brown fat of pork; add chopped up garlic and brown.

4Add chopped up meat and saute with oyster sauce; stir occasionally for 1/2 hour or until meat is cooked.

5On a separate dish, soak liver with 2 tablespoons vinegar and ground pepper; mix to cook meat.

6Add food coloring (achuete) and salt to taste.

7Simmer for another 10 minutes.
