- 1 12 lbs lean boneless pork, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 13 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon onion powder
- 14 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 13 cup vegetable oil
- 1 12 cups apple cider or 1 12 cups apple juice
- 12 carrot, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 12 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1Combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder and 1/4 tsp black pepper.

2Dredge cubed pork.

3Heat oil in skillet.

4Brown Pork until brown on all sides.

5Place in Slow Cooker.

6Return skillet to heat and add onion and apple cider until warm.

7Then pour into Slow Cooker.

8Add carrots rosemary, salt and 1/2 tsp pepper.

9Stir.

10Place bay leaf on top.

11Cover and Cook low 4-6 hours.

12Serve over hot rice.
