- about 2 lb. fresh pork liver
- about 1 lb. pork (lean and fat, mixed)
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- poultry seasoning or sage to taste
Directions

1Cook liver and meat until very tender.

2May remove fat if you wish.

3Cool and mash or grind.

4Return to heat.

5Add seasoning and boil, adding enough meal to thicken very thin, cooking about 5 minutes.
