  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 medium mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 16 large jalapeno peppers
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

    In a small skillet, cook pork over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Place in a small bowl; stir in the mango, cheeses, cinnamon and cardamom.
