- 2 c. pork or chicken, cut in strips
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 small onion
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 c. water
- soy sauce to taste
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- salt to taste
- 1/2 lb. linguine
- water
Directions

1Cook linguine according to package directions; drain and set aside (add a little oil to water to prevent sticking).

2Slice meat into strips (boneless pork slices or chicken breasts).

3Saute in oil until browned.

4Add chopped celery, onion, water and soy sauce.

5Simmer until meat and vegetables are tender.

6Thicken with cornstarch mixed in water.

7Stir into cooked and drained linguine.
