Pork & Pepper Kebobs

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin cut into squares
  • salt /pepper to taste
  • 1 yellow pepper red and, cut into cubes

Directions

    Soak wood skewer sticks in water

    In a ziploc, add soy, lemon, ketchup, sugar, Worcestershire, garlic and cubed pork.

    After marinating for 3-4 hours, remove pork and thread on skewers with peppers.

    Spray grill with non-stick cooking oil. Preheat grill to medium heat.

    Add salt and pepper. Arrange skewers on grill for approximately 5 mins on each side.
