- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 pound pork tenderloin cut into squares
- salt /pepper to taste
- 1 yellow pepper red and, cut into cubes
Directions

1Soak wood skewer sticks in water

2In a ziploc, add soy, lemon, ketchup, sugar, Worcestershire, garlic and cubed pork.

3After marinating for 3-4 hours, remove pork and thread on skewers with peppers.

4Spray grill with non-stick cooking oil. Preheat grill to medium heat.

5Add salt and pepper. Arrange skewers on grill for approximately 5 mins on each side.
