- 3 cups mashed potato
- 3 lb ground pork
- 1 cup water or pork stock
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tb salt or to taste
- blk pepper to taste
Directions

1pre-heat oven to 425.

2In a saucepan combine the pork, water or stock, nutmeg, allspice, salt, pepper, and onion. Cook over moderate heat for 30 minutes, stirring to break up mixture and to prevent sticking. Remove from heat. Add mashed potatos and mix well. Allow to cool.

3Split mixture between 2 crusts. Place top crusts on top and crimp edges. Slash top crust to allow steam to escape. Bake for 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown and delicious.

4Or, you can make one pie and bake the rest in a baking dish. Serve this as a side dish , or as a pate'-like spread for crackers
