Pork Pineapple Bake

  • 1 can (12 oz.) pork luncheon meat
  • 2 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 4 slices pineapple, cut into halves
  • 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar

Directions

    Cut pork luncheon meat slightly more than halfway through loaf into 8 sections.

    Place pork in ungreased baking dish.

    Spoon 1/2 teaspoon mustard between every other cut.
  4. 4
    Insert half slice pineapple in each cut; top with remaining half slice pineapple. Insert whole cloves in pineapple, if desired.

    Sprinkle brown sugar over pork.

    Cook in 375° oven for 20 minutes.
