- 1 lb pork sausage
- 8 ounces soft cream cheese
- 1 lb loaf white bread
- 1 lb bacon, sliced and cut in half

1Preheat oven to 275.

2Brown the sausage in a skillet and drain.

3Mix in the cream cheese until melted.

4Take the crusts off the bread and cut in half.

5Spread some cheese mixture on bread halves, top with a bacon slice, roll, and secure with a toothpick.

6Bake on a cookie sheet for 30 minutes, or until bacon is done and rolls are browned (I recommend turning them once during baking).
