  • 1 lb pork sausage
  • 8 ounces soft cream cheese
  • 1 lb loaf white bread
  • 1 lb bacon, sliced and cut in half

    Preheat oven to 275.

    Brown the sausage in a skillet and drain.

    Mix in the cream cheese until melted.

    Take the crusts off the bread and cut in half.

    Spread some cheese mixture on bread halves, top with a bacon slice, roll, and secure with a toothpick.

    Bake on a cookie sheet for 30 minutes, or until bacon is done and rolls are browned (I recommend turning them once during baking).
