- 1 TBS. chopped sage or
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 2 tsp salt - sea or kosher
- 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground allspice or clove
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions

1for a 4-5 lb. pork loin

2lighly coat meat with a little olive oil and then rub this dry mixture all over the meat. Cover or wrap and keep in refrigerator for a couple of hrs. before roasting. Bring meat to room temp. before roasting or grilling.
