  • 1 cup milk
  • 7/8 ounce baker's yeast
  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • salt to taste
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 4 cups flour
  • bacon to taste
  • ham to taste
  • sausage to taste
  • 1 egg for brushing over the loaf

    Preheat oven to 180°C (approximately 356° F).

    Warm the milk and combine with the yeast.

    Place the milk, margarine, and salt in the Thermomix cup and set to 1 minute/50°C/speed 2.

    Whisk 3 eggs and 1 egg yolk.

    Add the whisked eggs to the Thermomix and set to 30 seconds/speed 3.

    Add the flour to the eggs and set to 20 seconds/speed.6.

    When finished, set to 2 minutes/spike speed.

    Let the dough rest to rise a bit.

    Divide the dough into two equal parts.

    Place half the dough in a rectangular pan. Place the meats on top and cover with the remaining dough.
