  • 1 lb. rolled breakfast sausage
  • 1/2 loaf dried or toasted bread
  • 1 c. chicken bouillon
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped fine
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • poultry seasoning mix

Directions

    Saute sausage with onion and celery.

    Mix in bread crumbs. Add small amounts of chicken bouillon until desired consistency is obtained.

    Add poultry seasoning to flavor.
