- 6 pork chops or 1/2 lb. pork loin
- 1 1/3 c. Minute rice
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed chicken with rice soup
Directions

1Brown pork in olive oil in a skillet; season with salt and pepper.

2Put rice in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish.

3Pour orange juice over rice.

4Arrange pork on rice and pour condensed chicken soup over all.

5Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350°.

6Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
