Pork With Orange Rice

  • 6 pork chops or 1/2 lb. pork loin
  • 1 1/3 c. Minute rice
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed chicken with rice soup

Directions

    Brown pork in olive oil in a skillet; season with salt and pepper.

    Put rice in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish.

    Pour orange juice over rice.

    Arrange pork on rice and pour condensed chicken soup over all.

    Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350°.

    Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
