  • 2 boneless pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 4 red plums, quartered
  • 12 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 4 tablespoons chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

Directions

    Cut pork into strips.

    Heat the oil and fry pork with the onion, turning occasionally until lightly browned.

    Sprinkle with allspice and add the plums.

    Stir in chicken stock and soy sauce, cover and simmer on a low heat for 8-10 minutes, until plums are softened.

    Serve hot with rice.
