- 1 ounce philidelphia fat free cream cheese
- 1 egg white
- 1 stevia
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons flax seed meal, ground
Directions

1Mix pumpking, cottage cheese, flaxmeal, and egg together in bowl.

2After properly blended, incorporate stevia and cinnamon.

3Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.

4Remove from microwave, and top with cream cheese.
