- 6 ounces portabella mushrooms
- salt to taste
- white pepper to taste
- extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 ounces extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 lime juice only
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 shallot small, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary Chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley Chopped
Directions

1Brush the mushrooms with olive oil and season with salt and white pepper to taste. Broil for 4-6 minutes, until soft. Let cool.

2Combine 3 oz. olive oil, lime juice, garlic, shallot, rosemary, and parsley and pour over mushrooms. Marinate at least one hour in the mixture. Chill thoroughly before serving.
