  • 12 eggs
  • 12 tbsp sugar
  • 5 tbsp sugar (to caramel )
  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 tbsp butter

    preheat the oven to 350F

    with the help of electrical mixer mix well the eggs 12table spoons of sugar and the milk set aside

    in a small pan add 5tablespoons of sugar and 2table spoons of water

    mix and put on medium heat until is looks caramel color

    take from heat and add 1table spoon of butter

    put the caramel in a cake pan

    add the egg mix and cover with aluminum foil

    in a larger pan put boiled water and set the pudding pan inside
  9. 9
    take to oven 350F for 1 hour
