- 4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- whipped cream
- 4 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- pinch of salt
- 3 eggs, separated
- toasted almonds
Directions

1Combine chocolate, sugar and butter in top of double boiler and stir until melted. Add nutmeg and salt. Separate eggs. Beat yolks and add to chocolate mixture. Stir and cook for 2 or 3 minutes over boiling water.

2Beat whites until stiff and fold into the chocolate mixture when it has cooled.

3Spoon into after dinner coffee cups and place in refrigerator for several hours.

4Serve topped with whipped cream and toasted almonds.
