- 2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. lard
- 2 eggs, beaten
- pinch of salt
- water to roll
Directions

1Combine flour, lard, salt and eggs.

2Mix as you would for a pie crust.

3Add enough water to roll out on a floured surface. Roll out to 1/8-inch or up to 1/4-inch thick and cut in 1-inch squares.

4Cook 15 to 20 minutes in either beef or chicken broth that has been brought to a boil.
