- 1 chuck roast
- 5 carrots
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 pkg. sauerbraten seasoning
- 6 potatoes
- 2 celery stalks
Directions

1In a large pan or slo-cooker, put meat and cover with water. Add onion.

2Cook 3 to 4 hours if on stove.

3If in slo-cooker, cook on high.

4When meat is almost done, add cut-up celery, carrots and potatoes and cook until the vegetables are done.

5Makes 4 to 6 servings.
