- 1-4 lb. sirloin tip roast
- 3 or 4 medium onions
- 8 potatoes
- 8 carrots
- 4 stalks celery
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Place roast in roaster pan.

2Add enough water to just cover roast.

3Add salt, pepper, and onions (quartered).

4Bake in a roaster pan approximately 2 hours or until roast begins to get tender.

5Cut carrots, potatoes, and celery into quarters.

6Place on roast.

7When vegetables are almost tender, combine 2 packages Au Jus gravy mix with 3/4 cups water.

8Stir well.

9Pour over roast and vegetables.

10Simmer another 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
