- 4 lb. chuck roast (2 to 3 inches thick)
- 2 medium size onions
- 4 carrots
- 2 stalks celery
- 3 or 4 large potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. Millers beef flavor (no beef cubes)
Directions

1In a 3-quart pan, fill with 2 quarts of water.

2Trim fat off meat and cut into large pieces.

3Add onions and Millers seasoning. Cook for 3 hours.

4Remove meat.

5Cut vegetables and add to broth; cook for 1/2 hour.

6Add meat and cook for 15 minutes and serve.
