- 3 lb. roast
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 small onions
- 10 small potatoes
- 10 baby carrots
Directions

1Flour, salt, pepper and garlic salt the roast.

2Place a small amount of Crisco in the electric frying pan, and brown the roast. Put in cream of mushroom soup, onions, potatoes and carrots.

3Also put in about 2 1/2 cups of water.

4Cover and cook at 225° for about 2 to 3 hours.
