- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 2 to 4 lb. fresh carrots, peeled
- 2 large peeled onions
- 6 to 8 peeled potatoes (whole)
- stalk celery
- bay leaf
Directions

1Cook roast in covered roaster with onion soup mix, onions and celery at 325° for 1 1/2 hours, then add whole peeled carrots and potatoes.
