- 3 onions
- 2 1/2 c. water
- salt and pepper
- 1 pkg. instant onion soup
- 4 carrots
- 8 potatoes
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- garlic powder
Directions

1Brown meat in oil.

2Put in an 11 x 13-inch pan.

3Cut onions in half, carrots in 2 to 3-inch pieces and potatoes in quarters. Place vegetables and spices on meat. Mix instant soup and water. Add to pan. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350° for 2 to 3 hours until meat is fork-tender.
