- 1 envelope meat marinade
- 2/3 c. vegetable juice
- 3 to 4 lb. beef pot roast
- 12 small red potatoes
- 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms (can use fresh)
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1In roaster combine meat marinade and vegetable juice.

2Add pot roast.

3Marinate for 15 minutes, piercing meat with fork and turning several times.

4Cover and simmer until nearly tender about 2 1/4 hours.

5Add vegetables; simmer 25 minutes longer.

6Remove roast and vegetables to platter.

7Combine flour and water.
-
8Add to juice in pan.

9Cook and stir.
