- 3 to 5 lb. roast
- garlic pods
- 1 stick margarine
- 3/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Sprinkle roast with a tenderizer.

2Let stand 2 hours.

3Brown roast on both sides in part of margarine.

4Bury garlic buttons in folds of meat.

5Saturate meat with 1 stick of melted margarine and Worcestershire sauce.

6Wrap tightly in foil and cook at 325° until done.
