- 4 medium potatoes (cubed)
- 4 carrots (sliced)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 3-4 lb. rump or pot roast (cut in pieces)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 bouillon cube
- 1/2 c. boiling water
Directions

1Place vegetables and meat in slow cooker.

2Stir in salt and pepper.

3Dissolve bouillon cube in water and then pour over other ingredients.

4Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours.
