- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 1/4 c. parsley, chopped
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 1 c. dry red wine
Directions
