- 8 lb. boneless roast
- 4 large carrots
- 4 stalks celery
- 2 large onions
- 10 large potatoes
- 1 can whole corn
Directions

1Put roast in large kettle and cover with water.

2Cook for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until it pulls apart easily.

3Add all other ingredients; stir or mix well.

4Cook until potatoes are soft. Remove from heat.

5Add salt to taste, then serve.
