Potato Bacon Soup

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Canadian bacon or thinly sliced, cubed turkey ham
- 2 medium onions
- 2 c. water
- 12 oz. can evaporated skim milk or 1 1/2 c. regular milk, thickened with powdered milk
- 1/2 oz. butter seasonings mix
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 medium potatoes, cubed
Directions

1Spray pan with butter flavor pan spray and cook onions and bacon until tender.

2Stir in water and cubed potatoes and cook until tender.

3Slightly mash potatoes (leave some chunks).

4Stir in milk, butter seasoning mix, salt and pepper.

5Cook and stir over medium heat about 10 minutes.
