  • 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 c. diced onions
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 2 c. cornflakes, crushed
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. oleo, melted

Directions

    Let potatoes thaw (about 1/2 hour). Mix potatoes, chicken soup, sour cream, onion, Cheddar cheese and 1 stick melted oleo; salt and pepper. Put into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Top with crushed cornflakes and drizzle melted oleo over it (3 tablespoons). Bake at 350° for 1 hour, uncovered.
