- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Directions

1Allow the hash browns to defrost.

2Mix soup, sour cream, butter, cheese and salt in a large bowl.

3Add onion and potatoes and mix well.

4Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

5In a small bowl, combine the crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter. Sprinkle on top of potatoes.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

7Recipe may be prepared one day, then refrigerated and baked the next day.
