  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Combine all ingredients and pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours at 300°.
