- 6 to 7 1/2 c. flour
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 1/4 c. hot potato water
- 1 c. warm mashed potato
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Combine flour, sugar, yeast and salt in bowl.

2Add potato water, potatoes and oil to flour mixture.

3Beat 3 minutes on high speed.

4Stir in enough more flour to make a soft dough.

5Turn onto floured surface; knead until smooth.

6Place in oiled bowl; turn to oil top of dough.

7Cover and let rise in warm place until double. Punch down and divide in half.

8Shape into 2 loaves and place into 2 greased loaf pans.

9Cover and let rise until double.

10Bake at 375° for 45 to 50 minutes.
