  • 50 g Potato flour
  • 30 g Dry milk powder (nonfat)
  • 30 g Sugar
  • 30 g Butter, unsalted, softened
  • 1 3/4 teaspoons Yeast, Instant
  • 300 g Water, room temperature
  • 8 g Salt (not iodized)
