Potato Broccoli Bake

  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 4 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed
  • pimento cheese sauce

Directions

    Place potatoes in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Combine margarine, salt, paprika and pepper.

    Brush the margarine mixture onto the potatoes.

    Bake uncovered at 425° for 45 minutes. Arrange broccoli over the potatoes and pour the pimento cheese sauce over the vegetables.

    Cover and bake 10 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
