  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. Ghirardelli chocolate
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. each: cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon
  • 1 c. mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. nuts, chopped

    Mix by hand.

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Add eggs, one at a time.

    Combine all dry ingredients.

    Mix potatoes and milk.

    Mix dry ingredients into butter mixture alternately with potato mixture.

    Add nuts last.
