  • 1 small potato or 1/4 c. dry potatoes, mixed with sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. cream

Directions

    Mash potato and blend in butter and sugar.

    Sprinkle confectioners sugar on waxed paper and roll candy out on it in a rectangle.

    Spread with peanut butter; roll up and chill.

    When chilled, slice and serve.
