  • 8 medium potatoes
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c. onion
  • 1 c. crushed corn flake crumbs

Directions

    Cut potatoes into bite-size pieces.

    Melt margarine, soup, cheese and onion together.

    Then stir in potatoes.

    Pour into casserole dish.

    Top with corn flake crumbs.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
