  • 12 medium red potatoes
  • 1 large pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. dehydrated onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. butter, softened
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Cut up and boil potatoes.

    Drain and mash them.

    Add remaining ingredients and whip with electric beater until smooth.

    Put into greased casserole dish and bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
