  • 5 lb. potatoes
  • 1 stick butter
  • 16 oz. French onion dip
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 8 oz. cream cheese

Directions

    Peel and cube potatoes.

    Boil in lightly salted water until tender.

    Drain well.

    Beat with electric mixer.

    Add remaining ingredients and beat well. Put in a 9 inch x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes until golden around the edges.
