- 9 potatoes
- 1/4 lb. cheese, grated
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 2 c. half and half or low-fat milk
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Boil potatoes in jackets.

2Cool in refrigerator for 48 hours. Peel and grate (hand grater works best) in big casserole dish. Add the grated cheese and chopped onion.

3Mix the warmed half and half, melted butter and salt and pour over potatoes.

4Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
