- 10 to 12 potatoes, sliced and peeled
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Press 1/2 uncooked ground beef into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch casserole pan.

2Layer top with potatoes, then layer with ground beef, then potatoes again.

3Mix water and soup well; pour over potatoes and meat.

4Cook at 375° for 1 hour.

5Serve hot.
