  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 c. crushed cornflakes
  • 2 lb. hash brown potatoes, thawed

Directions

    Melt 1 stick of margarine and mix with potatoes.

    Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix sour cream, onion, soup, cheese and salt. Spread over potatoes.

    Melt 1/2 stick margarine and mix with corn flakes.

    Sprinkle on top of cream mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 70 minutes.
