- 3 c. potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. ham, cut into small pieces
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
- bacon bits
Directions

1Cook potatoes in enough water to cover for about 10 minutes, or until almost tender.

2Drain.

3Mix the next 5 ingredients with potatoes; pour into a greased casserole dish.

4Cover and bake in a 350° oven until bubbly, about 30 minutes.

5Just before serving, toss cracker crumbs with the melted margarine and sprinkle on top of casserole.

6Top with bacon bits.

7Brown under broiler.
